Devoted Health Network Expands

Devoted Health & St. Joseph Health System Reach Agreement

Happy new year! We’re excited to share Devoted Health, a local provider of Medicare Advantage plans, has reached an agreement to bring St. Joseph Health System in-network. This means all members with Devoted Health will be able to see doctors and use facilities with St. Joe and pay in-network pricing, which is typically lower. This change goes into effect January 1st, 2026.

What’s Devoted Health?

Devoted Health is a provider of health insurance plans for people with Medicare. Based in Waltham MA. Devoted has been among the fastest growing Medicare Plans in the country. While they operate in 30 different states, they are newer to Indiana, having offered plans here for two years. Certainly they are smaller than many of their larger rivals, like UnitedHealthcare, Anthem, and Humana, however they have received strong CMS star ratings for their plans nationally, and have received among the highest marks for customer service in the industry.

Our job is to unbiased in helping our clients find whichever plan can serve them best. We’re pleased to have a contract to offer Devoted Health for our clients, if they’re the right fit. And we’re pleased that they are expanding their network to better serve the people of Northern Indiana.

Devoted Health’s Doctor Network

With the addition of St. Joseph Health System, Devoted Health (at the time of this writing) has a strong network with major medical systems in-network, including Beacon Health, St. Joe, South Bend Clinic, Goshen Health, and Elkhart Clinic. To caution, this does not mean that all doctors locally will be in-network with Devoted. But this is a positive step, adding hundreds more doctors to their plan network.
